Schafer Fisheries is Family owned since 1955. We are a Fresh Water Fisheries. We are a processor /producer. We Carry Carp, Buffalo, Fresh Water Drum, Catfish, Bighead Carp, Grass Carp. We can do Any kind of Cut the customer would we require. We have an IQF Freeze Tunnel and are able to freeze 20 Ton a day. We also have a Mincing machine and are a Kosher certified Plant.
