St. James Smokehouse Inc. is a traditional smokehouse located In Annan, Scotland. We select only the finest quality fresh Scottish Salmon from our approved Scottish salmon growers for our ‘Scotch Choice’ & ‘Scotch Reserve’ products. We hand cure each fillet with pure Kosher sea salt & brown sugar & traditionally smoke over smoldering oak chippings from malt whisky barrels. St. James Smokehouse uses only natural, pure & fresh raw materials and we strictly forbid the use of artificial flavors or preservatives. All St. James’ products are fully Kosher certified by the London Beth Din. We import our smoked salmon into USA 3 times a week. The product is always fresh, never frozen.
