The National Fisheries Authority (NFA) is a non-commercial statutory authority owned by the government of Papua New Guinea. As a statutory authority NFA is required to implement government policies for managing and developing fisheries as a national asset under the Fisheries Management Act 1998 with the focus on our mission of “Managing Our Fisheries for Sustainable Benefit”. Therefore our participation in the International Boston Seafood Show is in the interest of exposing our current and potential exporting fishing industries/companies of seafood products directly to the US market for possible direct export purposes.
