The Nunavut Development Corporation operates three Canadian Food Inspection Agency and EU certified processing plants in Nunavut. Arctic Char as whole dressed, fillets and value added products are available from the plants: Kitikmeot Foods, Kivalliq Arctic Foods and Pangnirtung Fisheries.
