Sunburst Trout Company, a 60 year old family owned and operated business, provides specialty trout products to the restaurant, catering, hotel, grocery store, specialty food industries. We also have a focus on direct ship specialty gift boxes for corporate and holiday occasions.


Our Rainbow Trout are sustainably raised on an exclusive feed blend that excludes the use of growth hormones and antibiotics. Sunburst Trout contain NO mercury, PCB’s or Pesticides (Lab Results provided on request). Pure mountain water from the Shining Rock Wilderness area of Pisgah National Forest provides our fish with 12,000 gallons of fresh water per minute.
