Omega Foods Ltd. incorporated in Oregon, now manufactures and markets frozen seafood burgers made from salmon, tuna, mahi mahi and shrimp. The company has developed proprietary recipes and processes which deliver all-natural products noted for their taste excellence, lightness of texture and health-oriented characteristics, coupled with extreme ease of preparation from their frozen state and at a reasonable cost. Current sales are in both the retail and restaurant markets with focus on healthcare and specialty/natural food stores. The salmon, tuna and mahi mahi burgers are approved by Whole Foods and Wild Oats and a Kosher certification is now in process.
