Since 1978, the company developed an integrated production process, from the pond to the customer. Trout raising, slaughtering, processing and packaging are carried out in Quichuay, Junin in the Peruvian Central Andes, 3340 mts above sea level. Abundant fresh water from high mountain springs and glaciers that form the Achamayo River, feed our concrete raceways providing ideal conditions.
