Founded in 1976, the Taiwan Frozen Seafood Industries Association (TFSIA) comprises 117 industry members and continues to grow. Dedicated to the continuous improvement of food processing technologies over the past decades, a range of fresh and frozen seafood products, such as tilapia fillets, barramundi, cobia, squid, milkfish, sushi toppings, and frozen seasoned (prepared) seafoods have been launched successfully by Taiwan suppliers to the global market. Under strict inspection and control standards for food quality and hygiene (HACCP system), Taiwan offers worldwide consumers safe, quality, and hygienic fishery products with great confidence and satisfaction.
