We are a vertically integrated Rope Cultured Mussel Grower and Processor. Looking to expand sales in the United States Market by working with distributors who service Retail and Food Service Accounts.
Prince Edward Aqua Farms Inc. is one of the largest processors of rope cultured blue mussels on Prince Edward Island. The company operates year round, with a staff of 45 employees. We have been shipping rope cultured blue mussels, Malpeque oysters, soft shell clams and hard shelled quahogs since 1989. We currently supply the Canadian, US and European fresh markets. Recently we launched a new pasteurized, vacuum sealed, flavored mussel product, which has a 45 day shelf life in a cooler.
