All American Gator Products operates a fully licensed, inspected and insured alligator processing facility located in Hallandale, Florida. We are also in full compliance with the Florida Department of Agriculture's HACCP certification for Alligator Processors. We provide the freshest possible meat to our wholesale distributors by keeping a limited inventory of unprocessed alligator on hand at our plant. This has resulted in a higher turnover product for our distributors. Through this system we have managed to maintain a high sales volume of over 150,000 pounds of alligator meat per year and climbing. We are dedicated to provide the best product for all to enjoy.
