The Santa Barbara Smoke House, home of Cambridge House Smoked Salmon, is one of the few smoke houses left that still smoke in a very traditional and unique way burning entire logs and hardwoods in an open-fire kiln. We use the finest fresh Atlantic and Wild Salmon fillets and cure each fillet by hand.
