Flavor House, Inc. was established in 1977 as a developer and manufacturer of quality savory flavors; shelf stable seafood flavors, yeast extracts, and HVP's. Our goal is to supply the food industry with a full line of savory flavors to meet the needs of an evolving marketplace. Flavor House, Inc. offers a full line of clam, shrimp, crab, lobster, fish and other seafood flavors in a shelf stable concentrated powder or paste form. The flavorings are encapsulated, giving finished products a longer shelf life with the same flavor intensity as the day it was manufactured. Typical areas of usage is in soups, chowders, dried instant soup, sauces, frozen dinners, and flavor dustings on snack foods.
