Main products are a specialized trout fillet as specified by two upscale grocery retailers, a medium-sized dressed product for an American Jewish market and a unique pan-size dressed fish, also for the specialized grocery retailers. The balance of the product is a typical, high-quality fillet to a few long-term customers, a small amount of cold and hot smoked trout, a "mince" product, a marinated product and a frozen "sized" portion.

Hatchery, farming and processing operations are located in Ontario, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland (Canada).
