Regular Lump Meat

A blend of 30% Super Lump and 70% Special makes this meat a nice lumpy price point item.

Special Meat

Flavorful, white, flaky body meat that may contain shell fragments in other brands, but Blue Star is virtually shell-free. Special meat
is usually the most economical white meat.

Claw Meat

Pinkish, light brown chunks of whole leg meat, mixed with shreds from the claws. Claw meat is considered the sweetest meat of the Crab.
