Canned Products
We take great pride in our chopped clams, clam juice and chowders, providing the finest product available to the foodservice, industrial and retail trade. We now have the capability and are packing over 100 different formulas of seafood soups, sauces, chowders and bisques. This not only supports our Sea Watch Family of brands, it also provides our co-pack customers with many products to market under their brands.

Frozen Products
Years ago our production time was dominated by breaded clam strips. We still process many millions of pounds of them but they now share time with super surfers, calamari, vongole fritti, scallops and the list goes on. Most of these items can be found in our line under the Sea Watch Family of brands but some are packed for our co-pack customers. Look for many new and exciting seafood items to come from Sea Watch in the future.

Mid-Atlantic Foods Gordon's Classics and Naturally Soups
Gordon's Chesapeake Classics - A tradition started shortly after the Civil War, Thomas Gordon established the Gordon's Rose House in Baltimore, MD. The restaurant relied on the bounty of the Chesapeake region, featuring all types of seafood as well as cutlets and chop's. The soup was always fresh and homemade, brimming with the freshest locally grown vegetables and seafood from the Chesapeake Bay! Today the Gordon family tradition continues with "Gordon's Chesapeake Classics" soups and sauces.
