Range

Our selection includes large white Anchovy Fillets, Marinated "Mediterranean Style" in Oil and Vinegar, either plain or with their own individual ingredients added, such as Anchovies with Garlic, Anchovies with Green Olives, and Anchovies with Mexican Spices, to create delicious appetizers, starters, salads or snacks. Also included is a popular and colorful Seafood Salad mix, with a collection of the highest quality-checked seafood pieces, such as mussels, octopus, calamari and shrimps all marinated, yet still retaining their freshness and flavour.

Quality

We're strict about presentation and all our seafood products come beautifully presented and evenly distributed in 2lb/1kg catering size transparent tubs, ideal for delicatessen counters and catering firms, and in 7oz/200g retail size packs for the chiller shelves. Our products are strictly monitored for appearance, presentation, quality and taste, and have all the necessary health and HACCP certifications. They are extremely healthy and natural products with simple ingredients and no GM's, additives or Trans Fats and are highly recommended for pregnant women. These products are not to be confused with the salted anchovies packed in tins and jars; our products have an entirely different appearance, texture, quality and taste. Although, if you are a salted anchovy lover we also supply these in 2lb tubs also.

Our White Anchovy Fillets are delicately marinated in oil, chillies or garlic to accommodate a range of flavours for everyone's desired tastes. Our anchovies produce a texture and softness that just melts in your mouth. We are proud to say that this unique quality is only achieved by not adding preservatives, additives or any colouring agents to any products. We only use traditional methods to preserve this wonderful little fish.

Still maintaining our strict standards of quality and taste, Select Europe are proud to offer an alternate to our catering size tubs. We have 7oz retail packs available in the following – Marinated Anchovies in Sunflower Oil, Marinated Anchovies with Garlic, Marinated Anchovies Mexican Style and Marinated Sardines with Basil. The perfect portion for two, these packs come delightfully presented in cardboard sleeves and fit perfectly onto the shelf in your refrigerator. For the vendors who don’t want to sell the catering size, these retail packs are a great option and still retain the wonderful texture of our larger tubs.

These are a real delicacy in the Mediterranean; they are tangy but delicate so they do not loose their texture.Our traditional anchovies are less salty than most so you can taste the fish, not the preservative. Ingredients: Fillets of anchovy, sunflower, salt. Available in 1kg tubs.
