January 9, 2008 - SFB Staff — Sagittarius Brands announced on Monday that it opened its second co-branded Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen and Del Taco restaurant in Nashville, Tenn.

“Combining Captain D’s and Del Taco is giving our customers a wide range of tastes, and they keep coming back for more,” said Joe Huff, VP of co-branding for Sagittarius, in a prepared statement. “We are excited to bring another co-brand restaurant to the Nashville area.”

Last year, Captain D’s unveiled a new logo, restaurant design and expanded menu. Menu items included at the co-branded restaurant include Alaska salmon, tilapia, catfish and shrimp skewers.

The company’s first co-branded restaurant opened in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., last year.
