These Maryland-style crab cakes are made with Blue Swimming crab meat. This traditional recipe was created in 1956 by Shirley Phillips, co-founder and co-owner of Phillips Seafood Restaurants, and is the same recipe used today by all of our restaurant chefs. Phillips Signature Crab Cakes require no prep time and can be pan-sauted or fried from frozen. Available in 4 oz, 3.25 oz, 3 oz-flattened, 2 oz, and .75 oz minis.
