Made but from one ingredient—the purest and freshest ice water haddock, delicately cold dried over a week, rendering 12 to 15 kgs of haddock into 1 kg of flavor-concentrated final product. With no need for refrigeration, you can enjoy it straight from the box, or season it with your favorite dry spices and spreads.
