Date: Tuesday March 8th , 2:00pm - 3:30pm (EST)

According the results of a survey unveiled during the Asian Seafood Exposition in Hong Kong in September, consumers in Hong Kong and southern mainland China care most about food safety and freshness when buying seafood at the retail and foodservice levels. The online survey, which polled nearly 900 consumers, was conducted by The Perishables Group of West Dundee, Ill., in conjunction with Diversified Business Communications, organizer of the Asian Seafood Exposition and publisher SeafoodSource.com.

Join Cara and I as she presents the survey results that examined consumers’ seafood-purchasing behaviors in Hong Kong and southern mainland China.

Here is what you can expect to learn:

  • What are Asian consumers’ seafood preferences?
  • What drives Asian consumers’ purchasing decision?
  • Do Asian consumers understand sustainability?

Webinar participants will be able to download a PDF of the survey results as well as a white paper summing up the results. Cara will also be available to answer questions following the presentation.
