Independent seafood writer and consultant Jason Holland has 20 years experience as an international B2B journalist and editor, a career that has taken him all over the world. Jason is probably best known as being the former Seafood Publications Editor for IntraFish Media, a position that incorporated the running of the hugely respected magazines Seafood International and Seafood Processor.
During his tenure, he successfully geared both titles toward the promotion of high quality, sustainable seafood produced in the wild-catch and aquaculture sectors. He is equally proud of the strong, collaborative relationships he has formed with the industry at all stages of the retail and foodservice supply chains. Jason lives in a quiet corner of London with his fiancé Claire and young son Lucas.
