Seafood Prix dElite awards

The Seafood Prix d’Elite new products competition is entering its 11th year. The winners of this year’s competition will be unveiled on 24 April at the Parc des Expositions in Brussels, Belgium, during a ceremony immediately following Day 1 of the European Seafood Exposition. The 37 finalists, representing 11 countries, were announced on 12 March.

There are two grand-prize winners for best new retail product and best new foodservice product, and there are five special awards for originality, convenience, health and nutrition, retail packaging and seafood product line.
