After dropping last week, prices of fresh Norway salmon exports have increased to NOK 27.15 per kilo (USD 4.8, EUR 3.7) for the week of 26 November to 2 December, compared to NOK 26.63 (USD 4.7, EUR 3.6) the previous week.
Export volume of fresh salmon also increased to 19,394 metric tons (MT) for the week, up from 19,372 MT during the previous seven-day period, according to data from Statistics Norway.
Norway exported 1,057 MT of frozen salmon at NOK 28.61 per kilo (USD 5, EUR 3.9), compared to 1,002 MT at NOK 30.04 (USD 5.3, EUR 4.1) the previous week.
