Norwegian seafood farmer Marine Harvest has elected and re-elected new members to its board of directors, and selected employee representatives.
The elections were part of the 22 May annual general meeting. Helène Vibbleus is new to the board. Kjellaug Samland and Lars Erik Hestnes were chosen as new employee representatives. Board Members Tor Olav Trøim, Cecilie Fredriksen and Solveig Strand were each re-elected, and Stein Mathiesen was re-elected employee representative. All electees will serve for two years.
Board Member Michael Parker was not up for election, nor were Chairman Ole-Eirik Lerøy or Vice Chairman Leif Frode Onarheim.
