American seafood company King & Prince Seafood is introducing two new seafood cake products featuring lobster and snow crab.
The products — Gourmet Seafood Cakes and Gourmet Lobster and Seafood Cakes feature Canadian coldwater lobster and/or Bering Sea snow crab, blended with surimi.
The Brunswick, Ga.-based company is offering the products as an appetizer, entrée, or as part of combo platters or other recipes.
