HB Grandi’s subsidiary Nordanfiskur has launched a new product line providing consumers in Iceland with fresh fish in easy-to-cook formats.
Called “Fiskur i matinn” (Fish for dinner), the new range comprises arctic char, golden redfish, salmon, haddock and cod in consumer-friendly packaging.
“Hopefully this will further increase fish consumption in Iceland, and increase the knowledge of golden redfish and how good it is to eat,“ said Vilhjalmur Vilhjalmsson, CEO of HB Grandi.
The products are being sold in Bonus, the largest supermarket chain in Iceland.
