Super Bowl star toys with opening a chain of seafood restaurants

U.S. footballer Julian Edelman – who plays for the New England Patriots, the team that won Super Bowl 51 on Sunday, 5 February – has released a video across social media platforms poking fun at the concept of opening a chain of seafood restaurants, paying homage to his miraculous catch during the big game.

The concept was floated by Edelman via late-night television personality Jimmy Fallon, who hosts The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, when the receiver and New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick stopped by on their victory tour.

"I have plans for you. You should just open up a chain of seafood restaurants called Edelman’s Catch," Fallon told Edelman. "Get out of the business now. Boston will love it."

Taking Fallon’s suggestion to heart, the Patriot donned fishing waders and made “Edelman’s Catch” a virtual reality, as seen below.
