Catalano Seafoods of Perth, Australia, has appointed Bob Fleming as its CEO, the first time that the family-owned company has brought in a senior official from outside of the company.
Fleming has 15 years of seafood management and board experience in Europe and Africa. He has worked at the Seafood Cooperative Research Center in Adelaide, Australia, and as a managing consultant to seafood processing companies across the country.
Fleming’s roll at Catalano Seafoods is to focus on new opportunities across all customer sectors, specifically to maximize seafood-eating occasions and grow the Catalano brand within Western Australia and nationally.
