04 May, 2012 - Pittsburgh-based wholesaler and retailer Wholey Seafood on Thursday rolled out 10 new premium seafood entrées geared toward on-the-go consumers.

The convenient entrées can be either boiled in bag, microwaved or baked. The line features Thai favorites Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Pad-Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Wontons with Sweet Chili Sauce and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango in a banana leaf bowl.

The ready-to-bake fish offerings include Cheddar & Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia Fillets, Beer Battered Tilapia Fillets, Tortilla Crunch Encrusted Tilapia Fillets and Crunchy Fish Sticks. The fillets are natural cut, and the fish sticks are made with pollock portions, never minced.

Wholey Seafood is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
