05 June, 2012 - Pacific Seafood has redesigned its Salmolux line of smoked and gourmet seafood. The Sea Passion foodservice and retail line’s new look highlights the Salmolux traditional, quality process with a contemporary look.

The line includes herring, spreads and all hot- and cold-smoked seafood and will expand to include hot- and cold-smoked steelhead from Salmolux parent company, Pacific Seafood.

“The initial launch of the Sea Passion brand was well received in the marketplace and some store sales showed a noticeable increase,” said Bob O’Bryant, Pacific Seafood’s managing director. “Our packaging needed an update and I believe we have captured not only the character of our quality and tradition, but a look that will attract new consumers to our line of products.”

Based in Oregon, Pacific Seafood is one of the United States’ largest seafood processors and distributors.
