Leroy posts highest quarterly result ever

08 June, 2012 - Lerøy Seafood has recruited Sjur Malm to be the Norwegian company’s new CFO.

Previously, Malm served as an analyst for SEB Enskilda since 2004. Since 2007, he has worked as an analyst within the firm’s fishing and industry sector.

In 2011, he was named Norway’s best analyst for the fishing sector by both Kapital and Prospera and recently received the StarMine Alayst Awards 2012 as the top stock picker in Europe within the food and household products sector.

Malm has a degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Econimcs and completed a graduate program in economics and business administration from the same school.

He replaces Ivan Vindheim, who resigned in March. Malm will officially join Lerøy on 1 October.
