16 August, 2012 - Clear Springs Foods has added Rainbow Trout Burgers to its line of foodservice products.

The Buhl, Idaho, company’s trout burgers are made from 100 percent Idaho rainbow trout are seasoned with all-natural herbs and Monterey Jack cheese.

They are packed in 20 4-ounce burgers to a case.

Clear Springs also recently announced the addition of Ruby Red Rainbow Trout to its product offerings.
