Glitz, glamour and pangasius

There was a lot of glitz and glamour surrounding the opening of the Seafood Institute of Vietnam earlier this month. Hubbub aside, the facility, paid for by pangasius producer Bianfishco, has the potential to improve the quality of Vietnamese seafood products and the country’s image abroad. Let’s hope that it lives up to its expectations.
