New Zealand provides investment boost for Southland aquaculture

The Government of New Zealand’s Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce and Primary Industries Minister Nathan Guy have announced NZD 950,000 (USD 674,414, EUR 664,883) support funding for Southland’s aquaculture industry.

Aquaculture is a key focus of the Southland Regional Development Strategy Action Plan, which aims to diversify Southland’s economy, grow the population and strengthen local business.
