Heinen Freezing offers solutions and systems for proofing, cooling, freezing, pasteurising and storing. With a product portfolio of five different spiral freezer systems, two fluidised bed freezer systems and a multilevel box freezer system Heinen offers versatile solutions for different applications. Between 30 and 40 installations leave the works in Varel, North Germany on an annual basis, these then being professionally assembled by Heinen Freezings own fitters on the customers´ premises within the shortest amount of time.

The compact. is a spiral system for cooling and freezing which is fully assembled on a frame for of all kinds of deep frozen food  with capacities up to 800 kg/h. The system is fully assembled on a base frame as single drum or double drum, as upwards or downwards conveying system with a belt width of 457 mm  with the highest hygienic standard due to full stainless steel execution and optional cleaning system. Options like feeding and discharging conveyors, frequency controlled fans, hygienic cabling and fully welded insulating housing  are available.

The freezelite. is designed for cooling and freezing of bulk products such as diced meat, seafood, peas and all kinds of vegetables. Its small dimensions assure the application where only limited space is available. Completely pre-mounted on a frame a maximum flexibility in a growing or changing production environment is guaranteed. With various capacity ranges and a belt width of 880 mm (metal or plastic belt), an integrated belt cleaning system, stainless steel design as well as its integrated cleaning system, the system already offers a very extensive standard configuration. Options: condiMOT®, camera monitoring, hygienic cabling, fully welded insulating housing.

The arctic. is an universal and flexible spiral system of pre-assembled components with highest hygienic standards for conveying, cooling and freezing of various food products. The system with different belt widths and tier heights as well as various options is used for medium to large capacities, especially due to the wide range of standardised additional equipment it is for each product the optimal and individual solution. Options: feeding and discharging conveyors, frequency controlled fans, energySav®-system, condiMOT®, hygienic cabling, fully welded housing and others are available.

The packfrost. for simultaneous freezing, cooling and storing is the ideal solution for big quantities of packaged products as used in the fish, meat and poultry industry. Heinen Freezing presents this system for large performances of between 50 t/d and 500 t/d (E1 plastic or cardbord boxes). Continuous production times up to one year without interruption – operating life of air coolers (operation time without defrosting) by a sequential defrosting system. Connection to master control systems for integrated data management. Options: energySAV®, condiMOT® and camera monitoring.
