Designed to work under severe processing conditions and specific environments, our specialty containers are everything that a box is not. Cascades develops and manufactures recyclable/ repulpable containers that enhance performance and lower overall operating costs. Manufactured by our plant Cascades Multi-Pro and Cascades Enviropac, our containers have been specifically eco-designed for fresh & frozen applications as well as for severe storage condition    

FROZEN Conservation  

POLAR containers are Multiboard-made containers that allow expedite thermal transfer, speeding up production, especially for fresh food blast freezing operations. They are puncture resistant. The high performance-to-cost ratio alternative. 

FRESH Conservation  

THERMAFRESH containers impede thermal transfer, maxing out performance while preserving structural integrity. They are Direct Food Contact compliant and leakproof. The green and cost-effective alternative to traditional EPS boxes.

Cascades Multi-Pro  

Cascades Multi-Pro is a North American leader in the manufacturing Multiboard (laminated paperboards). Its products are mainly present in the furniture and the fish & seafood sectors namely the POLAR container, as well as industrial protective packaging, namely slip sheets and tier sheets. Multi-Pro also manufactures Technicomb™ cells made of recyclable honeycomb paperboard, which are used as structural components for doors and office partitions.

Enviropac is a leader of the manufacturing of protective packaging and load securement products made of recyclable honeycomb paperboard.

Cascades - Thermafresh

ThermaFresh™

ThermaFresh ™, a recyclable container completely redesigned for distributing fresh fish. ThermaFresh ™, is a cost-effective and environmental alternative to traditional non recyclable containers. The Technicomb™ structure (made of honeycomb board) holds air inside the container, and the metal film paper reflects heat particles. The combination of these two features produces considerable thermal efficiency. Cascades-Polar

Polar

Polar containers allow expedite thermal transfer, thus speeding up production, in particular during the freezing of fresh food using pulsating air. Extreme containers are a green alternative to waxed corrugated cardboard boxes. Extreme H2O offers sumersible properties and is resistant to high pressure jets. It is also ideal for the commercial production of fruits and vegetables.
