Chef Gordon Ramsay is known for bringing out the best in amateur cooks on hit TV series including MasterChef, Hell’s Kitchen and MasterChef Junior. It’s hardly surprising, then, that he’s able to squeeze the most out of a lobster, too.

On a recent episode of the reality TV show MasterChef, in which a handful of home cooks from across the United States compete against one another for USD 250,000 (EUR 226,240), a cookbook deal and the title of MasterChef – Ramsay demonstrated optimal culinary techniques for getting the most meat out of a lobster.
