3. Bonefish Grill, which operates 215 restaurants, started the new year with its own specials, such as Avocado Lime Striped Bass for USD 26.90 (EUR 24.22). The fish is paired with kale pepita rice, and is finished with avocado lime butter.
The restaurant chain, operated by Bloomin’ Brands in Tampa, Florida, is still offering seasonal dishes into 2020, including Risotto Del Mar, which features sauteed shrimp, bay scallops, tomatoes, and red onions over a roasted garlic risotto. The dish is finished with a lobster-sherry cream sauce and grilled jumbo shrimp.
Another new dish is Crab Volcano Salmon, which includes wood-grilled Atlantic salmon with a creamy spinach, mushroom, and lump crab dynamite topping. It is served with a choice of two sides and is priced at USD 22.90 (EUR 20.62).
