Season’s 52 is promoting the every-popular wild Alaskan sockeye salmon while it is in season.
“Right now, our fishing partners are braving the icy waters of Alaska to hand-catch the most flavorful salmon in the world so we can serve them to you just hours later,” Season’s 52 said in an email to customers.
The restaurant chain also profiled one particular fishing family, the Frostads, “which have been fishing off Salamatof Beach in the Cook Inlet for over 85 years,” Season’s 52 said. “Nobody knows Wild Alaska Salmon better. They are one of our many Place to Plate partners, committed to providing us the freshest, most flavorful fish in the world while ensuring they’ll be swimming for centuries to come.”
