A new partnership between U.K.-based restaurant chain YO! Sushi and British retailer Tesco suggests sushi’s popularity is growing in the United Kingdom.

Grimsby, United Kingdom-based supplier JCS Fish has introduced a new range of frozen fish cakes under its BigFish Brand. 

Available in four recipes, the range “combines fish with chunky potato (sourced locally in Lincolnshire) and coated in a light crisp crumb,” JCS Fish said in a press release announcing the new line.

A collaboration agreement has been formed between salmon farming company Marine Harvest and Spanish seafood processor and distributor Scanfisk.
