Beaver Street Fisheries imports, manufactures, and distributes frozen seafood and meat products, marketing them under the Sea Best, and HF’s Outstanding brands. With more than 1,800 individual SKUs in its portfolio, Beaver Street offers one of the largest seafood and meat selections internationally, to customers that include retail grocers, foodservice distributors, and other large users of their products. The company’s subsidiary, Tropic Seafood, harvests and processes lobster tails and other seafood items native to Nassau, Bahamas, and sells under the Island Queen and Island Prince brands. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the Frisch family took what was once a small retail fish market in West Jacksonville, Florida and turned it into a half-a-billion dollar company
