Astech is constantly redesigning the SRA automatic bandsaw in order to match our customers’ needs. The recent model launched in 2018 has new and updated features that are sure to guarantee satisfaction.

CUTTING OF FRESH PRODUCT

The SRA is no longer limited to the cut of frozen product as it is now able to cut fresh product with bone or fishbone. The temperature limit of the product is reduced which increases the possible range of product to be processed.
MEAT SAWDUST REMOVAL

The bandsaw has a sawdust removing conveyor belt integrated into the machine's standard design. The extraction can be done with plastic boxes, 200 liter Euro tubs, or big boxes.

The SRA-D it's a automatic band saw machine specially designed for the fish industry in order to cut frozen bone-in or bone-less products with a tilting band saw body.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

- Degree cutting: The body of the entire band saw tilts obtaining greater section cuts than the ones cut with a normal cut while still keeping the thickness specified by the customer as well as any other settings that can be controlled by the program.

- Setting the cutting angle: the band saw body can be adjusted from 0 to 50 degrees. The tilting movement is done smoothly by an automaton which ensures maximum precision and a minimum loss of product due to the inclination.
