Pinar Meagre (Argyrosomus regius)

Every Pınar Meagre grows in its natural environment and it is one of the secrets for its natural taste. Our Fish Farming Facility is in Turkey, Izmir where water temperature is quite cold which meagre species love the most. Salinity content rate is definately affects the taste in a very good way. Pınar Meagre has proven its quality and sustainability understanding by applying standards requirements of Friend of the Sea, Global GAP, ISO 9000,ISO 9001,ISO 22000,ISO 14001,ISO 5000,ISO 18001 and Good Aqricultural Practices. Every Pınar Meagre in the off-shore cages is monitored 7/24 through an expert diving team and underwater cameras. Carefully harvested Pınar Meagre is placed into ice tanks and transferred to our packing plant which is just by the sea. Pınar Meagre remains as fresh as the harvest until it reaches the place of destination.

Pinar Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus Labrax)
