100% Norwegian salmon. Our cold smoked salmon is the perfect blend between the richness of this luxurious fish and a subtle smokey aroma. Fresh Norwegian salmon is seasoned with quality salt and then smoked with natural beech wood chips. The final product is rich in protein and Omega-3, making it the perfect choice for elegant canapés or special breakfasts. ZIGMAS salmon is cold smoked naturally, using beech wood chips, which give a special natural smoky aroma for our products. Only salt and no preservatives are used to flavour the salmon during the production process. ZIGMAS FINE CUT salmon is packed in a modified atmosphere packaging MAP, which makes it much easier for the consumer to separate the salmon slices from one another. The special salmon production technology helps to ensure the true taste of the salmon and maintain the highest level of quality. The product without “brown meat” is made from selected salmon by carefully cutting out the best, tastiest, and most attractive parts of the salmon.

Due to its richness in Omega-3 and subtle flavours, this herring is a favourite ingredient in appetisers and traditional home-made meals. ZIGMAS herring fillet CLASSICAL comes in 3 flavours: lightly salted (a consumer favourite), with smoke aroma and with spices.
