Demersals/big and small Pelagic
You will probably find only few places in this world where you find a wider variety of rock or bottom fish than in Indonesia, e.g.: various kinds of Grouper, Snapper, Barramundi, Cobiaor and also Black Pomfret; as well as pelagic: Marlin, Swordfish, Moon fish, Oilfish /Escollar, Spanish Mackerel, Mackerel and Milkfish.
Indonesia supplies both farmed as well as sea caught shrimps: Black Tiger, White Vannamei, Sea-caught White, Sea-caught Flower, Black Pink. The presentation is your choice: HOSO, HLSO, PUD, PD, PTO, PDTO, Butterfly IQF/Semi-IQF/Block, Raw/Blanched/Cooked. You also find in value added form e.g. breaded according your specifications. Talk to the different suppliers and let them know your needs.
Fresh tuna only takes a few days from catch to plate. Indonesian exporters are used to serve the high expectations and taste of Japanese customers as well as they export to Europe and US. Besides Yellow Fin, other species are available in all imaginable cuts: loins, steaks, saku – fresh or frozen. If you have special needs, talk to them; they will go out of their way to serve you.
