Southwest Cargo provides Customers expedited air cargo service to destinations across our extensive network. When shipping fresh seafood, our Employees provide the exceptional care and handling required to ensure that shipments will arrive on time and fresh. We understand the urgency of perishable shipments and know that sometimes overnight is not an option. Depending on your shipping needs, Customers can choose from Next Flight Guaranteed (NFG), RUSH Priority Freight, or FREIGHT service levels. NFG offers flight specific service (on available flights) and a 100% money-back guarantee. RUSH service guarantees your shipment will arrive at its destination within 24 hours of the tender time. FREIGHT shipments move on the next flight with available space.

In addition to our Relentlessly Reliable® service, we also offer some of the shortest cutoff and recovery times in the industry. With cutoff times of only 30 minutes before flight departure in most cities, Customers can take advantage of our fast and efficient service. Perishable Shippers can take advantage of coolers, available at over 50 % of the destinations we serve, to assist in keeping your perishable items fresh.
