We have grown hand-in-hand now for the last few decades. Seasonality and respect of the product are the values that the team of Thalassa Tradition is defending. We commercialize superior and organic oysters, born in the sea, not triploid and shellfish of incomparable quality.

Our Fine de Mer is an organic and not triploid oyster from the open sea with a true iodised taste. With an intense ocean flavour, with a delicate flesh she is the natural oyster of excellence. Our Fine de Mer benefits from our very special care. Caught and bred in the sea from our care and attention, we follow her from her first days to your plate. Didier, Louis, Amaury, Basile and their team harvest the oyster spat in Charente and bring them immediately to our Normandy beaches where they grow for 3 and a half years.
