Seafood Expo Asia is just around the corner, and event organizers are giving attendees a taste of what’s to come with a sneak preview of some of the new and featured products set to be on display at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from 6 to 8 September.
The Seafood Expo Asia Product Showcase has become a must-see attraction at the annual trade show, put on by SeafoodSource parent company Diversified Communications, introducing industry buyers and retailers to some of the latest innovations for the Asian market, including those in packaged seafood products, culinary dishes and condiments. Alongside new products, exhibitors will also be showing off some of their finest, established offerings as well, said Diversified.
“According to a post-event survey conducted last year, more than 71 percent of buyers who attended the 2015 edition of Seafood Expo Asia found new products and suppliers for their business,” said Terri Tsang, Show Director for the exhibition.
“On average, 85 percent of visitors attending Seafood Expo Asia are either involved in or influence their company’s purchasing decisions, with the New Product Showcase serving as one of the most influential areas of the trade event when it comes to the identifying of new trends and culinary innovation,” she added.
