Now, a video recording of each of these sessions is available for on-demand replay.

Featuring Norwegian Seafood Council Global Operations Director Børge Gronbech, SalmonChile CEO Arturo Clement, Europeche and ICFA President Javier Garat, Orca Seafoods Managing Director and Comepesca Treasuror Mauricio Orellana, and moderated by SeafoodSource Editor Chris Chase, “Building Future Seafood Consumers” is available free for SeafoodSource Premium members and for USD 350 to non-members through the Complete Digital Ticket: Seafood Expo Global 2023.

The session was presented on Tuesday, 25 April, with the following description:

The seafood industry and governments across the world have long strived to increase seafood consumption, with varying levels of success. Per-capita consumption has fallen in a number of countries, even as more and more information continues to come out about the health benefits of seafood. As a result, seafood industry groups across the world are all trying to answer one question: How do we build future seafood consumers? Join a panel of experts as they share success stories and case studies from different countries.

The Complete Digital Ticket: Seafood Expo North America 2024, featuring 32 video-recorded sessions from the most recent SENA event, is also now available for purchase for USD 350, but is also free for SeafoodSource Premium members.
