Premium+ Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application for a subscription to the SeafoodSource Pricing Portal you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to Diversified’s Terms of Use. If you are ultimately approved you agree to abide by the following additional requirements.

• Access to the Seafood Source Pricing Portal is limited to seafood industry participants (including buyers, sellers, distributors, processors, and others) who use the Portal for their own commercial seafood sector-related transactions, market research, or business analysis, or for research on active seafood markets (including by academics or industry representatives). You may not use Portal data to create competing products or services, or to redistribute pricing information to third parties.

• Your use will be limited to active buyers or sellers of seafood or to those whose job duties are directly supportive of the seafood buyers and/or sellers in your organization and whose purpose for access is informing your organization’s seafood buying and selling decisions

• You will ensure that users in your organization do not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any information or feature included in the Pricing Portal

• You are expressly prohibited from using the Pricing Portal to engage in price-fixing, collusion, and coordination with a competitor to violate anti-trust laws and regulations applicable to you or those in effect in the United States or Europe at the time of your use.
